How it works

From inquiry to steel shell

A straightforward contractor-style process: understand the site and use, configure a CSC CFS building, quote, then move toward delivery and erection coordination.

Process overview

Steps below are a planning scaffold — exact milestones depend on product line, engineering, permits, and site readiness.

1

Inquiry & site conversation

Share location (Pagosa / Archuleta / SW Colorado), intended use, rough size, and timeline. We confirm whether your project fits our CSC service focus.

2

Configuration

Discuss span, length, height, openings, roof, and options. Mountain conditions (snow, wind, access) inform the conversation — soft claims pending engineering.

3

Quote

Receive a CSC-oriented quote package for review. mike@foampagosa.com if you are ready to start; NAP details to be confirmed before go-live.

4

Order & engineering

Upon agreement, building engineering and order processing proceed per CSC workflows. Owner remains responsible for permits and foundation readiness as applicable.

5

Delivery & erection coordination

Coordinate delivery to site and erection path with your crew or preferred builder. Optional insulation packages can be discussed separately via partner channels.

What to have ready

  • Approximate building footprint and height goals
  • Primary use (shop, barn, commercial shell, other)
  • Site location and access notes
  • Target season or timeline
  • Any door / bay / lean-to preferences

Optional partner note

Spray foam packages may be available through Foam Insulation Specialists (sister/partner) after the shell direction is clear. Mention interest on the quote form if useful — CFS remains primary.
